An Interview with Agent January Riddle

The San Diego skyline has undergone a stunning change in the last few years with lofts, condos and houses being built at record levels. It’s a competitive housing market in San Diego right now and, according to real estate agent January Riddle, “people today don’t want to hear a big sales pitch. Buyers simply want to find the right home and get moved in and sellers just want to know how much money they’re going to get and when they’re going to get it.”

January’s no-nonsense approach has kept her business on an even keel in a difficult market. For buyers, she prepares detailed information on specific properties, latest marketing trends and how to explore financing options. Sellers receive a list of comparable properties for sale or that have been sold plus a detailed estimate of how much money the seller will net from the sale. She prides herself on a no-nonsense, no-strings-attached approach. Much of her success has been built on the variety of free services she offers. For example, sellers receive an analysis of what the home should sell for and how long her experience tells her it will take to sell.

It’s a good time to get into a competitive market. January suggests you give her a call at 619-993-2606 and see how you can fit in.
